High-Quality, Online Degree

Ivy Bridge College’s programs and services are structured to provide the support students need to succeed, not just as they enter or re-enter the higher education environment, but also when they transfer to a bachelor’s degree program.

The curricula include strong liberal and general education requirements with embedded writing intensive courses, as well as major requirements and flexible options for electives. Instruction is focused on developing learning outcomes and intellectually curious, self-aware students. In addition, student success services guide and encourage students to reach their goals and full potential. With high student satisfaction scores and above average enrollment growth and retention, Ivy Bridge College has demonstrated success that far exceeds national averages for online associate’s degree programs.

Unparalleled Mentoring and Academic Support

Ivy Bridge College takes a balanced approach to helping students develop academically and personally to ensure that they have the skills, motivation, and self-awareness to succeed at a four-year institution. When students begin their education at Ivy Bridge College, it is immediately clear to them that mentoring and academic support is at the center of their educational experience.

At orientation, each student is assigned a “success coach” to help clarify goals and navigate the college experience. Coaches proactively contact students weekly to discuss academic and personal issues—and to help students model behaviors that lead to success. The success coaches also serve as academic advisors, helping students identify a major/program, then select and register for the courses that will maximize transferability of credits to the four-year institution of their choice.

In this way, Ivy Bridge College’s unique coaching service addresses the prevalent concerns of today’s online students.
