Instructions for Application

The Harvest Institute is authorized under federal law to enroll non-immigrant alien students.

To be considered for admissions submit the following documentation:

  • Completely filled out booking form.
  • Printed and signed copy of the application form.
  • Bank statement showing enough funds to pay for course and living expenses for a period of one year while living in the USA. (Approximately USD$12,000 per year)
  • If being sponsored, provide the financial documents from the sponsor along with an affidavit of support stating that he/she will be paying for your studies and living expenses. If the sponsor is currently residing in the USA, he/she must fill out a form I-134 (Affidavit of support) and provide supporting evidence that he/she is a permanent resident or a citizen of the United States of America.
  • High school diploma or passing score in a high school equivalency test such as the GED
  • Official High School transcripts
  • Pay the registration fee.
  • Send all documents via e-mail, mail or fax. Include any other documents you wish to be considered in your admission process such as: diplomas, transcripts, letters of recommendations, etc.
  • You must either pay the SEVIS fee I-901 (Click Here) http://www.ice.gov/sevis/i901/faq4.htm If you need assistance contact Harvest.

As soon as we receive all the documents above mentioned we will process the application and if approved and accepted you will receive an I-20 form with a letter of acceptance.

Steps to follow after you receive your I-20

  • Call your local American Embassy or Consulate to setup an interview for the student visa and ask for necessary information to be prepared for the interview.
  • Take all the supporting documentation as instructed by the consulate.
  • If you are granted a visa, please notify the Harvest.
  • Send a money wire transfer for the tuition payment. You can do this though our payment system (Click Here)
  • Board the plane and “Welcome to the USA.”
